This one is really simple. Like really really simple. It was one of those easy cooking days.
It’s not the most photo friendly food, but it tasted good.
Here’s what you need:
One bag of stir fry veggies, mine had the sauce you put on the vegetables included.
2 cups cooked quinoa.
That’s it. Oh and some egg rolls if you want to cook some to go with it. And you could very well add cooked chicken, shrimp, pork, or steak if you wanted to. I just left the meat out this time. 🙂
All you do it put your veggies in a pan and well, stir fry them. Then add the quinoa and cook until heated through, and add the sauce. If your veggies don’t come with sauce, you could add soy sauce.
